The invention provides an anorthite refractory material with a closed-cell structure and a preparation method thereof, the lightweight anorthite refractory material, especially an anorthite cast brick, has a specific microstructure, has an anorthite and mullite composite crystal phase, takes an anorthite phase as a main crystal phase, and the proportion of the crystal phase reaches 90% or above; the porous material has a closed pore structure, the pore size distribution is uniform, the porous material has a specific pore size distribution range (the pore size is 500-700 microns, and the pore size distribution is uniform), and the internal true porosity is 80% or above; the anorthite and mullite composite crystal phase is provided, the volume density is controllable, and the volume density is low; meanwhile, the material has relatively good compression strength and excellent heat-conducting property. Experimental results show that the volume density is about 0.48 g/cm < 3 >, the compression strength is 2.0 MPa or above, the heat conductivity coefficient is 0.18 W/(m.K) or below, and the use temperature is 1100-1230 DEG C.
本发明提供一种闭孔结构的钙长石耐火材料及其制备方法,本发明中的轻质钙长石耐火材料,尤其是钙长石浇注砖,具有特定微观结构,且具有钙长石和莫来石复合晶相,并以钙长石相作为主晶相,晶相占比达到90%以上;具有闭孔结构,其孔径分布均匀,具有特定的孔径尺寸分布范围(孔径大小500‑700um,孔径分布均匀),内部的真孔隙率为:80%以上;具有钙长石和莫来石复合晶相,其体积密度可控,并且体积密度较低;同时,具有较好的耐压强度以及优异的导热性能。实验结果表明,体积密度在0.48g/cm3左右,耐压强度2.0MPa以上,导热系数0.18W/(m·K)以下,使用温度1100~1230℃。
