The invention relates to a threshold water retaining structure, which comprises a water stopping assembly, a first waterproof wall and a second waterproof wall, and is characterized in that the water stopping assembly comprises a water stopping piece mounted on a working surface so as to construct a first waterproof wall for isolating a water space from an outdoor space; the floor part is installed on the working face and located on the side, facing the water using space, of the water stop part; the doorsill piece is mounted on the side, away from the working face, of the water stop piece so as to construct a second waterproof wall for isolating the water use space from the outdoor space; the side, located in the water using space, of the doorsill piece abuts against the surface, away from the working face, of the floor piece. Compared with a traditional concrete water stop pier, after the water stop part is used for a long time, the water stop part does not generate volume shrinkage or sinking, so that a gap is formed between the doorsill part and the water stop part, accumulated water on one side of the water stop part does not flow into the other side, and the water seepage phenomenon of the toilet is prevented. Under the condition that other procedures are not affected, the time for pouring the concrete water stop pier is shortened, the construction speed can be increased, and the construction time of a whole project is shortened.
