Prefabricated reinforced concrete variable component assembled house and construction method thereof
The invention provides a house assembled by prefabricated reinforced concrete variable components and a construction method of the house. The first wall surface and the second wall surface of the variable component are respectively connected with the floor through hinge type elements, so that when the hinge type elements are folded, the first wall surface and the second wall surface are respectively orthogonal to the floor, and the vertical surface which is vertically placed is in an orthogonal state of an n-shaped structure; the hinge type element can be unfolded, so that the first wall surface and the second wall surface are in a coplanar state with the floor respectively; the variable component can be converted into an orthogonal state from a coplanar state when being hoisted; the deformable components are suitable for storage and transportation when in a coplanar state, and are convenient to assemble and fix when in an orthogonal state. On the base face of the house, after the variable components and the connecting elements are assembled layer by layer, concrete poured in cavities between the wall bodies is fixedly connected, an assembled multi-layer space structure is formed, and then the house assembled by the variable components is built.
本发明提供了一种预制钢筋混凝土可变型构件组装的房屋及其建造方法。所述可变型构件的第一墙面和第二墙面分别与楼面通过合页式元件连接,从而能够在合页式元件合拢时形成第一墙面和第二墙面分别与楼面正交、垂直放置的立面为n型结构的正交状态,并且合页式元件可以展开使得第一墙面和第二墙面分别与楼面处于同面状态;所述可变型构件在被吊起时可由同面状态转变为正交状态;所述可变型构件处于同面状态时适合存放和运输,而处于正交状态时则便于组装固定。在房屋基面上,所述可变型构件和连接元件逐层组装后,在墙体之间空腔内浇筑的混凝土固定连接,形成组装的多层空间结构,进而建造成所述可变型构件组装的房屋。
