Provided is an improved roof heat insulation device. Four vertical rods, a first transverse waist rod, a first transverse bottom rod, a second transverse waist rod, a second transverse bottom rod, a first transverse connecting rod and a second transverse connecting rod are combined to form a supporting bottom frame. The supporting bottom frame is used for supporting the square plate body; the square water storage box body is horizontally arranged above the first transverse waist rod and the second transverse waist rod, and an opening in the top surface of the square water storage box body is located under the square plate body; when two adjacent square plate bodies are spliced together, the T-shaped buckling lower grooves in the two sides of a splicing seam are spliced to form an H-shaped buckling groove, and the H-shaped buckling rod can be downwards embedded into the H-shaped buckling groove and is fastened by injecting structural adhesive; every two adjacent square plate bodies are fastened and buckled through an H-shaped buckling rod. The device has the advantages of being novel in structure and higher in practicability.
