The invention provides a metallic paint floor and a production method thereof. The production method comprises the following steps: preparing a base material layer; the upper surface of the base material layer is sequentially coated with a primer layer and an adhesion layer, the primer layer is formed by coating blended paint of water-based primer and color concentrate, and the adhesion layer is formed by coating oily paint; metal powder coating paint is prepared and coated on the metal powder coating layer and the transparent layer, the metal powder coating layer and the transparent layer are arranged up and down, the metal powder coating paint is mainly prepared by mixing oily transparent paint, metal powder, a dispersing agent and a defoaming agent, and the blending ratio of the oily transparent paint to the metal powder to the dispersing agent to the defoaming agent is (7-8): (1-2): 0.5: 0.5, the metal powder comprises a main powder and at least one auxiliary powder, and the main powder accounts for 40-75% of the total amount of the metal powder; coating a facing layer and a protective layer; and leveling and curing. The prepared floor has the advantages of being rich in appearance layer, high in paint surface oil lubrication degree and good in paint film adhesive force.
