The invention discloses a Larsen steel sheet pile cofferdam construction method of a deep water rock stratum foundation static pressure pile planting machine, and relates to the field of steel sheet pile cofferdam construction of a rock stratum area in a bridge. The method comprises the following steps: 1) welding a guide truss; 2) arranging a limiting device; (3) a static pressure pile planting machine is installed; 4) drilling and digging a stratum in front of the pile; 5) inserting and driving steel sheet piles; (6) folding; and (7) the guide frame is detached, and the cofferdam is completed. The method has the advantages of being high in steel sheet pile construction speed, low in cost, easy and convenient to operate and the like, and can be used in cofferdam projects in deep water areas and rock stratum areas.
