The invention discloses early-strength Portland cement-based self-leveling mortar which is characterized by comprising a liquid component A and a powder component B, the mass ratio of the liquid component A to the powder component B is (0.012-0.018); the liquid component A comprises the following components: 1.2 to 1.5 percent of water reducing agent, 1.0 to 3.2 per mill of defoaming agent and 8 to 16 per mill of polymer emulsion; the powder component B is prepared from the following components: 25 to 35 percent of ordinary Portland cement, 4 to 10 percent of superfine Portland cement, 5 to 12 percent of fine-grained slag powder, 1 to 5 percent of gypsum, 50 to 60 percent of fine aggregate, 10 to 15 percent of 400-mesh heavy calcium powder, 0.05 to 1.85 percent of a water-retaining agent, 0.8 to 1.8 percent of an early strength agent, 0.05 to 1.25 percent of a shrinkage reducing agent and 1.5 to 5.0 percent of an expanding agent. The prepared flat mortar is smooth and flat in surface, good in uniformity and stable in performance.
