Thick-layer leveling material and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a thick leveling material and a construction method thereof. The thick leveling material comprises a thick leveling bottom layer material and a self-leveling surface layer material. The material of the thick leveling bottom layer is a permeation heat preservation sound insulation board layer composed of self-leveling permeation materials and light aggregate such as power plant slag (coal cinder) and sludge ceramsite or a bi-component dry-mixing light aggregate sound insulation layer composed of materials such as light aggregate and premixed mortar, and the material of the self-leveling surface layer is gypsum-based self-leveling mortar or cement-based self-leveling mortar. The construction thickness of the thick leveling material is 3-10cm, and compared with the existing gypsum-based or cement-based self-leveling leveling material, the thick leveling material has the characteristics of low cost, light weight, sound insulation, good flatness, no cracking, no hollowing and the like. The method is suitable for indoor floors which are poor in flatness and need thick leveling.
本发明公开一种厚找平材料及其施工方法。所述厚找平材料包括厚找平底层材料、自流平面层材料。所述厚找平底层材料为以电厂炉渣(煤渣)、淤泥陶粒等轻质骨料与自流平渗透材料组成的渗透保温隔音板层或轻质骨料与预拌砂浆等材料组成的双组分干拌轻集料隔音层，所述自流平面层材料为石膏基自流平砂浆或水泥基自流平砂浆。该厚找平材料可施工厚度为3‑10cm，相对现有的石膏基或水泥基自流平找平材料具有成本低、轻质、隔音、平整度好、不开裂、不空鼓等特点。适用于平整度差、需要厚找平的的室内地面。
