Preparation method of nano porous material composite polyphenyl non-combustible insulation board
The invention provides a preparation method of a nano-porous material composite polyphenyl non-combustible insulation board, which sequentially comprises the following steps: preparing SiO2 nano-porous material powder into nano-porous material slurry by using a high-speed dispersion machine; (2) uniformly dispersing the nano-porous material slurry, an inorganic cementing material and a functional master batch in water to prepare inorganic material slurry; and (3) adding the organic filler into the inorganic material slurry in the stirring process according to the proportion requirement, mixing and stirring, discharging into a mold box, and performing compression molding demolding, demolding, curing and slitting to obtain the composite material. The characteristics of high specific surface area, high porosity, high heat insulation efficiency, fire prevention, flame retardance and the like of the silicon dioxide nano porous material are fully utilized, and the inorganic composite non-combustible heat insulation material with low density, high heat insulation property, fire prevention, flame retardance and excellent comprehensive mechanical property is developed through formula optimization; and the increasingly high building energy-saving and fireproof safety requirements at present are met.
本发明提出了一种纳米多孔材料复合聚苯不燃保温板的制备方法,按照先后顺序包括以下步骤:SiO2纳米多孔材料粉体采用高速分散机,制备成纳米多孔材料浆料;(2)将纳米多孔材料浆料、无机胶凝材料、功能母料均匀分散于水中,制备成无机材料浆液;(3)将有机填料按照配比要求在搅拌过程中添加至无机材料浆液中,混合搅拌后放料至模箱中,进行压制成型脱模,脱模,养护,分切即得。本发明充分利用二氧化硅纳米多孔材料高比表面积、高孔隙率、高隔热效率、防火阻燃等特点通过配方优化,研制出具有低密度、高保温性、防火阻燃和综合力学性能优良的无机复合不燃保温材料,满足目前越来越高的建筑节能及防火安全要求。
