The process method comprises the following steps: preparation of raw materials, primary mixing and kneading, secondary mixing and kneading, forming, roasting, dipping and graphitization treatment. The process scheme is an improvement of a traditional scheme, so that the industrial operability is good, the performance indexes such as breaking strength and volume density of the obtained product are improved to a certain extent, the mechanical performance indexes of the product are greatly improved, and the performance indexes such as the finished product rate and the qualified rate of the graphite material are obviously improved; and the yield of the obtained product is increased by about 10%.
