The invention discloses a marking device for laying a polyurethane runway. The marking device comprises a movable cart; the spraying assembly comprises a spraying tank, a spraying nozzle and a booster pump, the spraying tank and the booster pump are installed on the cart, the spraying nozzle is installed on one side of the cart, the spraying tank is communicated with the booster pump, and the booster pump is communicated with the spraying nozzle; the air blowing assembly comprises an air blower, a first air blowing nozzle and a second air blowing nozzle, the air blower is installed on the cart, the first air blowing nozzle and the second air blowing nozzle are both installed on the same side of the cart, the first air blowing nozzle is located in front of the spraying nozzle, and the second air blowing nozzle is located behind the spraying nozzle; the first air blowing nozzle and the second air blowing nozzle are both communicated with an air outlet of the air blower. When the spraying nozzle is used for spraying, dust blowing treatment can be carried out on the surface of a runway, the situation that paint is attached to dust particles can be reduced, and therefore the marking quality is effectively guaranteed.
