When the device is used, the protection plate is lifted through the handle, the closing plate covers the outer side of a crack of a dam, the first needle tube is inserted into the crack, the piston barrel is taken down, a repairing material is sucked into the piston barrel, then the piston barrel is fixed to the top of the protection plate again, the closing plate is bonded to the side face of the dam through the bonding ring, and the crack is closed; and the repairing material is not interfered by external rainwater and dust before coagulation and stabilization, the protection effect is optimized through the protection plate, and the situation that the closing plate is damaged due to external impact is prevented.
