The invention provides an underground karst cave treatment method, which belongs to the technical treatment field of karst caves, and comprises the following steps: arranging a plurality of drill holes communicated with the karst cave on the ground according to the spatial form of the karst cave; a filling mold to be used is determined, and then the filling mold is put into the karst cave through the drilled hole; wherein the filling mold has a compression state and an expansion state; a plurality of pouring holes communicated with the karst cave are formed; the filling mold is expanded, the size of the expanded filling mold is smaller than that of the karst cave, and then concrete is poured into the space between the karst cave and the filling mold through the pouring hole; sealing the water injection hole and the pouring hole; and after the concrete is solidified to form a shell structure, the filling mold is taken out. The method effectively solves the technical problems that in the prior art, a traditional filling method cannot form a structural body with a supporting effect in a hole body, the filling work amount is large, and the manufacturing cost is high. The invention further provides an underground karst cave treatment structure.
