According to the wine jar capable of accelerating aging of the wine and the manufacturing method thereof, the wine jar comprises a pottery jar body, ceramic particle coatings rich in metal or metal oxide are attached to the inner wall and the bottom of the jar body, the surfaces of the inner wall and the bottom of the jar body are flat or uneven surfaces, and glaze layers are attached to the outer wall and the bottom of the jar body. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing a blank, namely preparing a ceramic or porcelain wine jar blank from pug; treating the inner surface of the wine jar blank, and rolling uneven surfaces on the inner wall and the bottom of the wine jar blank by using a mould pressing roller when the wine jar blank is in a wet blank state; coating adhesion: after the wine jar green body is shaped and dried, uniformly spraying ceramic particle coatings rich in metal or metal oxide on the inner wall and the bottom of the wine jar green body by using spraying equipment; and firing: sending the wine jar blank into a kiln, and firing to obtain the wine jar of which the inner wall and the bottom are attached with ceramic particle coatings rich in metal or metal oxide. The method has the characteristics of high wine aging efficiency, short aging process period and the like.
本发明一种可加速酒液老熟的酒坛及其制作方法,该酒坛包括陶坛体,在坛体的内壁及底部附着有富含金属或金属氧化物的陶瓷颗粒涂层,且其坛体的内壁及底部的表面呈平整或凹凸不平表面,在其外壁及底部附着有釉层。该其制作方法包括制坯,用泥料制成陶或瓷制的酒坛坯体;酒坛坯体内表面处理,在酒坛坯体呈湿坯的状态下,用模压辊在酒坛坯体的内壁和底部辊压出凹凸不平表面;附着涂层,待酒坛坯体定型干燥后,用喷涂设备在酒坛坯体的内壁和底部均匀地喷涂上富含金属或金属氧化物的陶瓷颗粒涂层;烧制,将经酒坛坯体送入窑炉内烧制,制得内壁和底部附着有富含金属或金属氧化物的陶瓷颗粒涂层的酒坛。该发明具有酒液老熟效率高,老熟过程周期短等特点。
