The negative-pressure barrel-negative-pressure pile composite foundation comprises a pile body, a negative-pressure barrel and a plurality of negative-pressure piles, the pile body is connected with the top of the negative-pressure barrel, the negative-pressure piles are arranged on the outer side of the negative-pressure barrel at intervals and connected with the negative-pressure barrel, the negative-pressure barrel and the negative-pressure piles are both settled into a seabed, and the negative-pressure barrel and the negative-pressure piles are arranged in the seabed. The bottom of the negative pressure pile and the bottom of the negative pressure barrel are open, and the bottom of the negative pressure pile is located below the bottom of the negative pressure barrel.
