The invention discloses a negative pressure barrel fan foundation offshore installation method which comprises the following steps: transporting a negative pressure barrel fan foundation through a semi-submersible barge, injecting gas into a negative pressure barrel to enable the whole foundation to be in a small self-weight state, hoisting and shifting the negative pressure barrel fan foundation through a small floating crane, transferring the negative pressure barrel fan foundation to an installation position, and stably lowering the negative pressure barrel fan foundation. According to the installation method, the structure is immersed into mud through the combined mode of reducing the suspended load of a crane and releasing gas in the negative pressure barrel, finally, negative pressure barrel injection installation is achieved, offshore installation of the negative pressure barrel fan foundation with the tonnage being 1200 t or even larger can be completed through a 150 t floating crane by means of water buoyancy, a large-tonnage floating crane does not need to be adopted, construction is flexible and convenient, and the installation cost is low. The resource availability is good, the operability is good, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
本发明公开了一种负压桶风机基础海上安装方法,通过半潜驳船运输负压桶风机基础,在负压桶内进行注气使得整个基础处于较小的自重状态,之后通过小型的浮吊船将负压桶风机基础进行吊装移位,转移到安装位置后进行平稳下放,通过减小吊机吊载和负压桶内气体释放结合的方式,实现结构的沉放入泥,最终实现负压桶贯入安装,该安装方法利用水浮力可以采用150t的浮吊完成1200t甚至更大吨位的负压桶风机基础的海上安装,无需采用大吨位的浮吊,施工灵活方便,资源可获取性好,具备很好的可操作性和显著的经济效益。
