The connecting mode of underwater grouting between the pile barrels is abandoned, the connecting scheme that the inclined supports are combined with the grouting transition section above the seabed surface is adopted, loads can be transmitted more effectively, the connecting reliability is high, and construction is convenient; a vertical structure is adopted, structural design is optimized, connection strength is improved, and offshore construction procedures are reduced.
