The invention discloses a water treatment method for an urban drainage pipe network. The water treatment method comprises the following steps: acquiring sewage flow data and sewage quality data in a sewage pipe network; acquiring rainwater flow data and rainwater quality data in the rainwater pipe network; based on the collected sewage flow data and sewage quality data, injecting a first quantity of microbial liquid into the sewage pipe network so as to implement purification treatment on sewage in the sewage pipe network; based on the collected rainwater flow data and rainwater quality data, a second quantity of microbial liquid is injected into the rainwater pipe network, so that rainwater in the rainwater pipe network is purified. According to the invention, the microbial bacterial liquid is directly injected into the sewage pipe network and the rainwater pipe network, and in-situ purification treatment of sewage and rainwater in the pipe network is realized through the microbial bacterial liquid, so that the problem of pollution to a river channel caused by direct discharge of the rainwater pipe network is solved, and the load of a sewage treatment plant is reduced.
