The recycled concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200-250 parts of a framework material, 20-40 parts of a gelling filling material, 4-6 parts of a functional additive and 10-30 parts of water, the framework material comprises regenerated aggregate, fly ash, slag powder, gravel or river sand in a mass ratio of 10: 2: 1: 15. The preparation method of the recycled concrete comprises the following steps: removing garbage, retaining waste concrete blocks, crushing the waste concrete blocks, and screening aggregate as recycled aggregate; the method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding the waste coarse aggregate and the filling material into an accommodating tank, uniformly mixing and oscillating, adding the waste fine aggregate, and oscillating for 5-15 minutes. The mechanical property, weather resistance and the like of the recycled concrete are integrally improved, and the service life is prolonged.
