The pile frame multi-cylinder combined driving system of the large pile driving barge comprises a hydraulic electric control system, a main oil cylinder, an auxiliary oil cylinder and a rear bracket, the main oil cylinder, the auxiliary oil cylinder and the rear bracket are arranged on a main deck of the pile driving barge, a pile frame is rotationally connected to the pile driving barge through a rotating shaft arranged on the outer side of the bottom, and a hydraulic cylinder sliding rail is obliquely arranged on the lower portion of the pile frame; one end of the main oil cylinder is rotationally connected to the end, close to a pile frame, of a pile driving barge main deck through a lug plate, the other end of the main oil cylinder is slidably connected to a hydraulic cylinder sliding rail, the auxiliary oil cylinders are arranged on the main deck and located on the inner side of the main oil cylinder, and the telescopic ends of the oil cylinders abut against the two ends of the inner side of the bottom of the pile frame. According to the invention, an unequal-pressure working mode of leading by the main oil cylinder and following by the auxiliary oil cylinder is adopted, and an unequal-pressure system design concept is matched with a hydraulic electric control system, so that the safety risk under the driving of a single hydraulic cylinder is reduced, the operation difficulty of operators can be effectively reduced, and reasonable load distribution and safe and reliable operation of each hydraulic cylinder are fully ensured.
一种大型打桩船桩架多缸联合驱动系统及其控制方法,包括液压电控系统和设置于打桩船主甲板上的主油缸、副油缸和后托架,桩架通过底部外侧设置的转轴转动连接在打桩船上,桩架下部倾斜设置有液压缸滑轨,主油缸的一端通过耳板转动连接在打桩船主甲板靠近桩架的一端,主油缸的另一端滑动连接在液压缸滑轨上,副油缸均设置在主甲板上主油缸的内侧,油缸的伸缩端顶在桩架底部内侧的两端,后托架设置在打桩船主甲板的另一端,本发明采用主油缸主导、副油缸随动的不等压工作方式,以非等压系统设计理念与液压电控系统相配合,降低了单液压缸驱动下的安全风险,能够有效降低作业人员的操作难度,充分保证各液压缸负载分配合理并安全可靠运行。
