Post-cast strip construction technology
The post-cast strip construction technology comprises the whole process of post-cast strip forming, post-cast strip chiseling and post-cast strip pouring, and two rows of profile steel stand columns are additionally arranged on the two sides of a post-cast strip, so that a formwork at the post-cast strip position can be removed in advance. Due to the fact that in a traditional post-cast strip construction process, a formwork at the position of a post-cast strip cannot be dismantled, chiseling is inconvenient, and garbage is difficult to clear and transport, the formwork at the position of the post-cast strip can be dismantled in advance through the arranged profile steel stand columns, and therefore the problems are solved, and the construction quality of the position of the post-cast strip is greatly improved.
本发明提出了一种后浇带施工工艺，其包括后浇带形成到后浇带凿毛再到后浇带浇筑整个过程，在后浇带两侧位置通过增加设置两排型钢立柱，使得后浇带位置的模板可提前拆除。由于传统的后浇带施工工艺中，后浇带位置的模板不能拆除，导致凿毛不方便且垃圾清运困难，本发明通过设置的型钢立柱可以使得后浇带位置的模板提前拆除从而解决上述问题，极大地提高了后浇带位置的施工质量。
