The invention discloses an internal stress counteracting radiation protection concrete formwork supporting system and a construction method thereof.The internal stress counteracting radiation protection concrete formwork supporting system comprises two sets of oppositely-arranged wood formworks, a plurality of rows of oppositely-penetrating screws obliquely penetrate through the wood formworks in the thickness direction of the wood formworks, and the inclination directions and the inclination angles of the oppositely-penetrating screws located in the same row are the same; and every two adjacent rows of through screws are arranged in a pouring space formed between the two sets of wood formworks in an up-and-down crossed mode. The anti-radiation intensity of the anti-radiation concrete can be effectively improved, the problem of radiation leakage caused by the through screws is effectively solved, radiation is prevented from leaking from weak positions of the through screws, and the anti-radiation performance of an anti-radiation concrete wall is improved.
