Excavation method for ultra-narrow full-hard rock deep foundation pit
An ultra-narrow full-hard rock deep foundation pit excavation method comprises the steps that on a plane, an excavation mode from the two ends to the middle is adopted, and meanwhile construction is conducted in a plurality of construction sections according to the length of a foundation pit; and in the vertical direction, along with deep excavation, platforms are formed at different excavation depths of an excavation section, and through cooperation of excavation machines on the different platforms, relay excavation and slag conveying are achieved. According to the method, the space effect is effectively utilized, machines are reasonably arranged at different positions inside and outside the foundation pit on the plane, steps are vertically arranged, and machines are reasonably arranged at different excavation layers, so that the rapid excavation effects that multiple excavators conduct excavation and slag conveying in a relay mode, and a grab bucket in the middle of the foundation pit loads and discharges slag can be achieved; the construction problems that the operation space of equipment under the ultra-narrow foundation pit width piece is insufficient, and a conventional riding track cannot be arranged for deslagging due to the small supporting distance are effectively solved.
一种超窄全硬岩深基坑开挖方法,在平面上,采用从两端向中间的开挖方式,同时根据基坑长度分成多个施工段落施工;竖向上,随着开挖的深入,在开挖剖面的不同开挖深度形成平台,通过不同平台上的开挖机械配合,实现接力开挖及运渣。该方法有效利用空间效应,平面上在基坑内外部不同位置合理设置机械,竖向上在设置台阶,在不同开挖层合理设置机械,可以实现多台挖机接力开挖、运渣、基坑中部处抓斗装车出渣的快速开挖效果,有效解决了超窄基坑宽度件下设备作业空间不足、小支撑间距无法设置常规马道出渣的施工难题。
