The small-section tunnel lining construction technology comprises the steps that S1, after an inverted arch is excavated, a base is cleaned; s2, reinforced concrete is poured into the inverted arch; s3, arch wall steel bars are bound, and concrete is poured; s4, after the arch wall concrete reaches a certain strength, maintenance is conducted; the arch wall concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 900 to 1200 parts of coarse aggregate, 600 to 800 parts of fine aggregate, 240 to 300 parts of cement, 60 to 100 parts of fly ash, 50 to 70 parts of mineral powder, 140 to 190 parts of water, 7 to 11 parts of a water reducing agent and 35 to 65 parts of a shielding absorbent, wherein the shielding absorbent comprises konjac mannan, zirconium hydroxide modified chitosan and a flocculation component. The small-section tunnel lining construction process can be used for saline soil environment construction in arid areas and has the advantage of prolonging the service life of the water delivery tunnel.
