The invention discloses a method for preparing carbonized steel slag by capturing carbon dioxide through supergravity. During preparation, fresh steel slag micro powder with the particle size of 5-150 microns and water are mixed and pumped into the supergravity rotating packed bed, meanwhile, carbon dioxide gas is introduced, and the carbonized steel slag slurry is obtained by controlling the rotating speed of the supergravity rotating packed bed and the flow speeds of the gas and the slurry. Then, the carbonized steel slag slurry is filtered and separated into filtrate and solid carbonized steel slag, the filtrate is used for being mixed with fresh steel slag micro-powder again and recycled five times, the solid carbonized steel slag is dried and ground to obtain carbonized steel slag powder, and the carbonized steel slag powder can replace 0-30% of cement to prepare cement products. 90-99% of carbon dioxide in gas can be captured within 1-5 s, 340 kg of carbon dioxide can be stored in each ton of steel slag at most, meanwhile, the problems that the steel slag is low in activity, poor in volume stability and the like are solved, and the utilization rate of the steel slag is increased.
一种利用超重力捕获二氧化碳制备碳化钢渣的方法。制备时,将粒径为5~150μm的新鲜钢渣微粉与水混合泵送至超重力旋转填充床,同时通入二氧化碳气体,通过控制超重力旋转填充床的转速、气体和浆体的流速得到碳化钢渣浆体。然后,将碳化钢渣浆体过滤分离为滤液和固体碳化钢渣,滤液用于重新混合新鲜钢渣微粉并循环使用5次,固体碳化钢渣干燥粉磨后得到碳化钢渣粉末,可替代0~30%的水泥以制备水泥制品。本发明可实现1~5s内捕获气体中90~99%的二氧化碳,且每吨钢渣最多可封存340kg二氧化碳,同时解决了钢渣活性低、体积安定性差等问题,提高了钢渣的利用率。
