The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete outer wall which comprises a concrete layer and longitudinal reinforcing steel bar pieces installed in the concrete layer. A transverse reinforcing steel bar part is bound on the rear side of the longitudinal reinforcing steel bar part, and the longitudinal reinforcing steel bar part and the transverse reinforcing steel bar part are arranged in a #-shaped structure; inserting grooves are formed in the left side face of the concrete layer, the interior of the second control plate on the left side, the bottom face of the concrete layer and the interior of the second control plate below the concrete layer. The upper ends of longitudinal reinforcing steel bar pieces are inserted into inserting grooves formed in the bottom face of the concrete layer and the second control plate below the concrete layer. The prefabricated concrete outer wall is provided with the first control plates and the second control plates, and the two first control plates and the two second control plates are arranged on the outer sides of the periphery of the concrete layer correspondingly, so that the periphery of the whole prefabricated concrete outer wall is smooth, and joints are reduced when the prefabricated concrete outer wall is spliced in the later period.
