The assembly type prefabricated concrete outer wall component comprises a bearing primary wall and an assembly secondary wall, the bearing primary wall comprises a reinforced concrete primary wall body, reinforced concrete structural columns are prefabricated on the left side and the right side of the reinforced concrete primary wall body correspondingly, and primary wall butt joint steel bar rings are pre-buried in the reinforced concrete structural columns; the assembly sub-wall comprises a reinforced concrete sub-wall body, pouring reserved areas are arranged on the left side and the right side of the reinforced concrete sub-wall body respectively, sub-wall butt-joint steel bar rings are embedded in the left side and the right side of the reinforced concrete sub-wall body respectively, and the sub-wall butt-joint steel bar rings and the mother wall butt-joint steel bar rings are staggered up and down and can be crossed to be overlapped. And a slurry baffle plate is formed on the outer side part of the pouring reserved area of the assembly sub-wall. 本发明公开了一种装配式预制混凝土外墙构件,包括承重母墙和装配子墙,承重母墙包括钢筋混凝土母墙本体,钢筋混凝土母墙本体的左右两侧分别预制有钢筋混凝土结构柱,钢筋混凝土结构柱上预埋有母墙对接钢筋环;装配子墙包括钢筋混凝土子墙本体,钢筋混凝土子墙本体的左右两侧分别设有浇注预留区,钢筋混凝土子墙本体上的左右两侧分别预埋有子墙对接钢筋环,子墙对接钢筋环与母墙对接钢筋环呈上下层交错且可交叉至重叠;装配子墙的浇注预留区外侧部形成有挡浆板。通过承重母墙和装配子墙的上述结构配合,既解决了现浇结构柱容易存在质量问题的缺陷,又保证了相邻墙体之间的装配连接可靠性,同时减少了模板用量和施工难度,利于提高装配效率。
