Rigid joint for beam column reinforcement and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a rigid joint for reinforcing a beam column and a construction method of the rigid joint. The rigid joint comprises a steel plate for the column, a U-shaped steel plate for the beam, stiffening ribs, an inter-beam reinforcing steel structure and a box type steel structure. According to the rigid joint finally formed by all the components, the upper portion is in a circular truncated cone shape, the middle portion is cylindrical, the lower portion is in a circular truncated cone shape, all beams, an upper column and a lower column can be rigidly connected, and therefore insufficient bending-resistant, shearing-resistant and other portions of the original structure joint are reinforced. After any one beam or the upper column and the lower column is stressed subsequently, the stressed beam or column can transmit the stress to other beams or columns through the rigid joints, so that the effect of dispersing the stress for overall supporting is achieved; in addition, according to a traditional reinforcing method, reinforcing can be achieved only by damaging the original beam column, the reinforcing effect can be achieved without damaging the original beam column structure, and construction is convenient.
本发明公开了一种用于梁柱加固的刚性节点及其施工方法,包括柱用钢板、梁用U型钢板、加劲肋、梁间加强钢结构和箱型钢结构;通过上述各个部件最终形成的刚性节点,其上部为圆台形,中部为圆柱形,下部为圆台形,能将各个梁及上下柱之间实现刚性连接,从而对原结构节点处抗弯、抗剪等不足部分进行补强加固;在后续任意一个梁或上下柱受力后,受力的梁或柱能将所受力通过刚性节点传递给其他梁或柱上,从而达到分散受力进行整体支撑的效果;另外传统的加固方法均需要对原有梁柱进行破坏才能实现加固,本发明无需对原有梁柱结构进行破坏就能实现加固的效果,并且施工方便。
