The invention relates to a grid shrub slope protection method and a grid shrub ecological slope bank. A plurality of rows of transverse timber piles and a plurality of rows of fixed timber piles are arranged on the slope surface of the grid shrub ecological slope bank, the transverse timber piles and the longitudinal timber piles are staggered in the longitudinal direction and are tightly attached, the transverse timber piles in the same row are sequentially connected/tightly attached together, intervals are reserved between the fixed timber piles in the same row, and therefore the slope surface is divided into a plurality of planting lattices. According to the slope protection method, the slope bank is adopted for slope protection, all rows of fixed timber piles and transverse timber piles are sequentially and alternately arranged from the lowest fixed timber pile, planting soil is filled in the planting lattices, and nursery stocks are planted.
