Hoisting method and hoisting device for steel member
The invention discloses a hoisting method and a hoisting device for a steel member, and aims to solve the problem that a crane cannot hoist the steel member at a dead angle part of the crane. The hoisting method comprises the steps of arranging hoisting points, arranging traction ropes of the winches, hoisting the two winches at the same time and the like. The hoisting device comprises a winch, a steel structure stand column, a main cross beam, a channel steel hoop, a hoisting plate, a hoisting hook pulley and a steel wire rope. The channel steel hoop is tightly attached to the steel structure stand column foot supporting plate. The lifting plate is welded on the channel steel hoop; the first lifting hook pulley is fixed on the lifting plate; a fixing point of a second lifting hook pulley is arranged above the fixing point of the first lifting hook pulley and on the main cross beam; and a fixing point of a third lifting hook pulley is arranged right above one side of the to-be-mounted steel member and on the main cross beam. The existing steel structure main cross beam is used for hoisting, the mast does not need to be erected by manpower and materials, and time and labor are saved; a hoisting path is relatively hidden, and the occupied space is small; the device is easy to build and low in construction cost.
本发明公开了一种钢构件的吊装方法及吊装装置,以解决吊机无法吊装其死角部位钢构件的问题。所述吊装方法包括设置吊点、设置卷扬机的牵引绳、两台卷扬机同时吊装等步骤。所述吊装装置包括卷扬机、钢结构立柱、主横梁、槽钢抱箍、吊板、吊钩滑车和钢丝绳。所述槽钢抱箍紧贴钢结构立柱柱脚支撑板设置;所述吊板焊接于所述槽钢抱箍;第一吊钩滑车固定于所述吊板;第一吊钩滑车的固定点上方、主横梁上设有第二吊钩滑车的固定点;待安装钢构件一侧的正上方、主横梁上设有第三吊钩滑车的固定点。本发明利用现有钢结构主横梁进行吊装,无需花费人工、物资搭设桅杆,省时省力;吊装路径相对隐蔽,占用空间少;装置易于搭建,施工成本低。
