Steel column hoisting device and hoisting method
The invention provides a steel column hoisting device and a hoisting method. The steel column lifting device comprises a lifting rope, a first clamping block, a second clamping block, a first force application assembly, a second force application assembly and a locking assembly. The first clamping block and the second clamping block are buckled end to end to define a cavity used for containing a steel column. One side of the locking assembly is arranged on the first clamping block, and the other side of the locking assembly is connected with the lifting rope; the first force application assembly is arranged on the first clamping block, and the second force application assembly is arranged on the second clamping block; the first force applying assembly enables one end of the first force applying assembly to move towards the cavity in a thrust applying mode, and the second force applying assembly pulls one end of the second clamping block towards the cavity in a pulling force applying mode. The lifting rope can be effectively kept parallel to the steel column, meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the steel column is perpendicular to the ground, positioning and mounting of the steel column are facilitated, and efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种钢柱吊运装置及吊运方法。所述钢柱吊运装置包括吊绳、第一夹持块、第二夹持块、第一施力组件和第二施力组件及锁止组件;所述第一夹持块和第二夹持块首尾互扣围合成用于容置钢柱的腔体;所述锁止组件的一侧设于所述第一夹持块上,另一侧连接所述吊绳;所述第一施力组件设于所述第一夹持块上,所述第二施力组件设于所述第二夹持块上;所述第一施力组件通过施加推力的方式使第一施力组件的一端向所述腔体位移,所述第二施力组件通过施加拉力的方式将第二夹持块的一端拉向所述腔体。本发明能够有效将吊绳与钢柱保持平行,且同时保证钢柱与地面垂直,方便钢柱定位安装,提高效率。
