The invention provides a method and a device for preparing sulfuric acid and co-producing cement clinker through oxygen-enriched calcination of phosphogypsum, and belongs to the technical field of energy utilization and environmental protection. Comprising the following steps: mixing ardealite, clay, reduced carbon powder and fuel carbon powder to obtain a mixture; calcining the mixture in oxygen-enriched air to obtain flue gas and cement clinker; the flue gas is sequentially subjected to separation, waste heat recovery, electric precipitation, cooling and defluorination washing, and pretreated flue gas is obtained; and preparing sulfuric acid by using the pretreated flue gas through a two-conversion and two-absorption contact method. According to the method, ardealite, clay, reduced carbon powder and fuel carbon powder are used as raw materials, oxygen-enriched air is used for reduction calcination, the concentration of SO2 in flue gas is increased, the flue gas contains HF decomposed from ardealite, SO2 can be converted into a vanadium catalyst for poisoning, the flue gas is subjected to cooling and defluorination, HF and SiF4 are dissolved in water, the concentration of SO2 is further increased, and the requirement for preparing sulfuric acid through two-conversion and two-absorption is met.
本发明提供了一种磷石膏富氧煅烧制硫酸联产水泥熟料的方法及装置,属于能源利用及环境保护技术领域。包括以下步骤:将磷石膏、粘土、还原碳粉和燃料碳粉混合,得到混合料;将所述混合料在富氧空气中进行煅烧,得到烟气和水泥熟料;将所述烟气依次进行分离、余热回收、电除尘、冷却和脱氟洗涤,得到预处理烟气;利用所述预处理烟气进行二转二吸接触法制备硫酸。本发明以磷石膏、粘土、还原碳粉和燃料碳粉为原料,用富氧空气还原煅烧,将烟气中的SO2浓度提高,且烟气中含有磷石膏分解出来的HF,会使SO2转化钒触媒中毒,将烟气通过冷却和脱氟,HF和SiF4溶解于水中,进一步提高SO2的浓度,满足“二转二吸”制硫酸的要求。
