The invention discloses a filling method for preparing sulfuric acid from ardealite and co-producing mine filling gel, the adopted raw materials comprise ardealite clinker and other materials, the weight ratio of the ardealite clinker to the other materials is 1: (4-10), and the other materials refer to tailings and barren rock; sulfur dioxide generated after ardealite is heated and subjected to high-temperature decomposition is used for preparing sulfuric acid, and residual waste residues are ardealite clinker. The filling and mining cost of the mine can be reduced, meanwhile, pollution of phosphogypsum accumulation to the surface environment is reduced, resource utilization of phosphogypsum is promoted, resource waste is avoided, and safe and efficient mining of the mine is guaranteed.
