Method for producing sulfuric acid by using ardealite
The invention relates to a method for producing sulfuric acid by using ardealite, which still prepares raw material gas SO2 for producing sulfuric acid by calcining ardealite, and is characterized by comprising the following characteristics: (1) pretreating the ardealite to be in a fixed shape; (2) adopting serially connected shaft kilns as equipment for calcining phosphogypsum; (3) adopting a combustible gas as a combustion gas, and calcining the phosphogypsum by adopting a combustion improver; (4) controlling the calcination temperature and the calcination time to prepare the high-concentration SO2 gas. Compared with an existing production method for preparing sulfuric acid from calcined ardealite, the method can greatly improve the utilization rate and combustion efficiency of ardealite. The method has the advantages of high calcium sulfate reduction rate, low cement production coal consumption, high cement quality and high concentration of sulfur dioxide in kiln tail gas. The sulfuric acid production device is low in investment and low in production cost. Meanwhile, waste heat is fully utilized, energy conservation and consumption reduction are achieved, and the defect that ardealite materials are prone to coking due to high temperature is fundamentally overcome. The method is suitable for ardealite production enterprises.
一种用磷石膏生产硫酸的方法,该方法仍然是将磷石膏通过煅烧,制取硫酸生产的原料气SO2,其特征包括以下特点:(1)磷石膏经过预处理,制成固定形状;(2)采用串联的立窑作为煅烧磷石膏的设备;(3)采用可燃性气体为燃烧气、同时采用助燃剂煅烧磷石膏;(4)控制煅烧温度和煅烧时间,以制得高浓度SO2气体。本方法与已有煅烧磷石膏制备硫酸的生产方法相比,能大幅度提高磷石膏利用率及燃烧效率,具有硫酸钙还原率高、生产水泥煤耗低,水泥质量高,窑炉尾气二氧化硫浓度高,硫酸生产装置的投资少,生产成本低,同时充分利用废热,实现节能降耗,而且从根本上解决了磷石膏料因高温而易结焦的弊病。适用于磷石膏生产企业。
