The method is quick in construction and low in mechanical investment, so that the construction period is shortened, and the cost is saved; in addition, blasting is not needed, so that the safety risk is reduced; and the drainage ditch is arranged, so that the cable trench and a drainage system on the road form a whole, and the drainage ditch also plays a role in protecting the cable trench.
