The invention discloses a unilateral fastening bolt assembly and a connecting structure thereof in a fabricated building. The unilateral fastening bolt assembly comprises a screw, a nut and a limiting block arranged on the screw in a sleeving mode. Wherein the tail part of the screw rod is triangular; the limiting block is of a triangular prism structure, and the size of the limiting block is the same as that of the triangular tail of the screw. A screw hole for the screw rod to penetrate through is formed in the center of the limiting block; the screw rod is arranged in a connecting through hole of the component in a penetrating manner, and the connecting through hole is triangular; the limiting block is arranged outside the screw in the connecting through hole of the component in a sleeved mode, and the outer side face of the limiting block is arranged in the triangular connecting through hole of the component in a clamped mode and locked through a nut. The high-strength bolt can be installed on one side, two components with plane plates can be connected in a fastened mode, and the connecting performance of a common high-strength bolt is achieved.
