The invention discloses a unilateral fastening bolt assembly and a connecting structure thereof in a fabricated building. The unilateral fastening bolt assembly comprises a screw, a nut and a limiting block arranged on the screw in a sleeving mode. Wherein the tail part of the screw rod is quadrilateral; the limiting block is of a quadrangular prism structure, and the size of the limiting block is the same as that of the quadrangular tail of the screw. A screw hole for the screw rod to penetrate through is formed in the center of the limiting block; the screw rod is arranged in the connecting through hole of the component in a penetrating manner, and the connecting through hole is quadrilateral; the limiting block is sleeved outside the screw rod in the connecting through hole of the component, and the outer side surface of the limiting block is clamped in the quadrilateral connecting through hole of the component and is locked by a nut. The high-strength bolt can be installed on one side, two components with plane plates can be connected in a fastened mode, and the connecting performance of a common high-strength bolt is achieved.
