The invention discloses a preparation method of a superfine mineral admixture, which comprises the following steps of: classifying bulk industrial solid waste raw materials into class A and class B according to grindability, respectively feeding the class A/class B raw materials, an active exciting agent and a grinding aid additive into a grinding device I/grinding device II according to a raw material ratio and at a certain feeding machine time; discharging from the grinding devices when the materials are discharged out of the grinding table, feeding the materials discharged from the grinding device I and the grinding device II into a mixing device when the materials are discharged out of the grinding table, and uniformly mixing to obtain an ultrafine powder material, namely the ultrafine mineral admixture. According to the invention, bulk industrial solid wastes are classified according to the grindability of the raw materials, and the raw materials with similar grindability are classified into the same type and are fed into the grinding device, so that the grinding among the materials is more sufficient. The problems that materials with large grindability difference are mixed and ground, grinding of materials with good grindability is too fine, grinding of materials with poor grindability is insufficient, and the quality and maintenance activity of mineral admixtures are fluctuated are avoided.
本发明公开了一种超细矿物掺合料的制备方法,将大宗工业固废原材料按照易磨性进行分类,分为A类和B类,分别将A类/B类原材料、活性激发剂和助磨添加剂按照原材料配比,以一定进料台时进入粉磨装置I/粉磨装置II,并以同样出磨台时从粉磨装置出料,将粉磨装置I和粉磨装置II的出磨物料以出磨台时进料至混合装置混合均匀,得到超细粉体材料,即为超细矿物掺合料。本发明按照原材料的易磨性对大宗工业固废进行分类,将易磨性相近的归纳到同一类进粉磨装置,各物料之间的粉磨更为充分。避免易磨性差异较大的物料混合粉磨,出现易磨性好的粉磨过细、易磨性差的粉磨不充分,导致矿物掺合料的质量和养护活性波动。
