The invention discloses a preparation method of a superfine composite admixture, the superfine composite admixture comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50-80 parts of a pozzolanic material and 10-30 parts of a calcareous material, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, grinding and mixing the pozzolanic material and the calcareous material, drying, adding polyvinyl alcohol accounting for 1-5% of the total mass, and grinding and mixing again to obtain a gel precursor; step 2, carrying out freeze drying on the gel precursor to obtain an aerogel precursor; and step 3, pressing the aerogel precursor, and then grinding and drying to obtain the superfine composite admixture. The prepared admixture has a larger specific surface area, the grain composition in the admixture can be improved, the system is more compact, the pore structure of concrete is improved, the gel pore proportion is increased, the harmful pore proportion is reduced, and the compactness of the concrete is improved.
