A sanitary appliance device includes a sanitary appliance article having a basin, a cavity, and a discharge channel extending from the basin into the cavity, a baffle element inserted into the discharge channel, the baffle element at least partially shielding the discharge channel; and a support element extending from the cavity into the discharge channel, the support element for supporting the baffle element; at least one adjustment element for adjusting the position of the baffle element in the discharge channel is provided at the support element, the adjustment element defining a central axis; the adjusting element has an eccentric element for adjusting the position of the baffle element transversely to the central axis, the eccentric element has a stop surface extending eccentrically around the central axis, the eccentrically extending stop surface is in contact with a first stop surface on the baffle element, and the eccentric element can pivot around the central axis. The position of the contact part between the eccentrically extending stop surface and the first stop surface can be adjusted according to the position of the eccentric element, so that the height position of the baffle element in the discharge channel can be adjusted.
