The invention belongs to the technical field of sanitary appliance control, and particularly relates to a sanitary appliance control method and device based on vibration recognition and a sanitary appliance, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a current vibration signal of the sanitary appliance, and generating current frequency spectrum information according to the current vibration signal; the current frequency spectrum information and preset standard frequency spectrum information are subjected to similarity comparison, similarity data are generated, current use state data of the sanitary appliance are obtained according to the similarity data, and the current use state data comprise a manned use state and an unmanned use state; when it is detected that the sanitary appliance is switched from the manned use state to the unmanned use state, it is indicated that flushing is needed at the moment after the sanitary appliance is used by someone, and therefore a flushing control instruction is generated, and an electromagnetic valve of the sanitary appliance is controlled to be opened according to the flushing control instruction so that flushing can be conducted. Whether the sanitary appliance is used or not is accurately judged, flushing is accurately controlled, and waste of water resources is reduced.
