A sanitary appliance device comprises: a pipe connection having a pipe housing defining at least one conduit and a flange section projecting from the pipe housing and having a flange face wherein the pipe connection extends from the flange face to a pipe end with a pipe section extending along a straight central axis; the invention relates to a spacer assembly comprising a wall structure and a spacer having a contact surface for directly or indirectly supporting the spacer on the wall structure and having a first stop surface and a second stop surface, the distance between the first stop surface and the contact surface being different from the distance between the second stop surface and the contact surface when viewed in the surface normal direction of the contact surface, the distance between the first stop surface and the contact surface being different from the distance between the second stop surface and the contact surface, and the distance between the first stop surface and the contact surface being different from the distance between the second stop surface and the contact surface. Wherein the spacer can be brought into surface contact with the flange by means of a first stop surface or by means of a second stop surface, the distance between the contact surface of the spacer and the end of the tube in the central axis direction is different when the contact surface of the spacer contacts with the first stop surface from the distance between the contact surface of the spacer and the end of the tube in the central axis direction when the contact surface of the spacer contacts with the second stop surface.
