The invention discloses a self-walking cable-stayed hanging basket device and a moving method of a cable-stayed hanging basket, and relates to the field of bridge engineering cable-stayed hanging basket construction.On one hand, the self-walking cable-stayed hanging basket device is provided and comprises a hanging basket body, a walking mechanism and a counter-force mechanism, and the hanging basket body is used for being arranged at the bottom of a beam body; the walking mechanism is connected with the middle of the hanging basket body and used for being arranged on the top of a beam body and enabling the hanging basket body to ascend, descend and horizontally move relative to the beam body. The counter-force mechanism is arranged at the tail end of the hanging basket body and comprises a counter-force assembly and a jacking part, the counter-force assembly is used for abutting against the bottom of the beam body and can slide at the bottom of the beam body, and the jacking part can ascend and descend in the vertical direction and is used for abutting against the bottom of the beam body. On the other hand, the invention provides a moving method of the guy rope hanging basket, and the moving method is implemented through the self-walking guy rope hanging basket device. The problems that in the prior art, a guyed hanging basket is long in construction period, high in construction cost, low in walking efficiency and poor in precision are solved.
