Underground pipeline dredging robot and dredging method thereof
The invention discloses an underground pipeline dredging robot and a dredging method thereof, and belongs to the field of pipeline dredging. The underground pipeline dredging robot comprises a water turbine generator set, a control unit and a movement unit; the water turbine generator set is used for converting mechanical energy of a water flow in an underground pipeline into electric energy; thecontrol unit is used for outputting a dredging control instruction; and the movement unit comprises a spiral body arranged on the lower portion of a robot chassis, is connected with the water turbinegenerator set and the control unit and is used for receiving the dredging control instruction, so that the spiral body generates precession type power under driving of the electric energy to dredge deposits in the underground pipeline and push the robot to move. The water turbine generator set is used for spontaneously converting the mechanical energy of a fluid in the underground pipeline into the electric energy to supply power to a robot, the energy utilization rate is increased, the working time of the robot is prolonged, the problem that the efficiency is low due to the fact that the robot is recycled multiple times for charging is solved, and flexible movement of the robot in the underground pipeline is achieved.
