Underground pipeline dredging robot and dredging method
The invention discloses an underground pipeline desilting robot and a desilting method. The robot comprises a walking device and a desilting device located at the front end of the walking device. The walking device carries the dredging device to enter a drainage pipe, and the dredging device cleans hard deposits in the drainage pipe; the desilting device comprises a suction hopper, a spiral roller and a slurry pump; the suction hopper is connected with the slurry pump; the spiral roller and the suction hopper are eccentrically assembled; the walking device is flexibly connected with the upper portion of the suction hopper and hinged to the lower portion of the suction hopper. Through the underground pipeline dredging robot disclosed by the invention, the working efficiency of cleaning hard sludge can be improved.
本发明公开了一种地下管道清淤机器人及清淤方法,机器人包括行走装置和位于所述行走装置前端的清淤装置;所述行走装置携带所述清淤装置进入排水管,所述清淤装置在所述排水管内清理硬质淤积物;所述清淤装置包括吸料斗、螺旋辊筒和泥浆泵;所述吸料斗与所述泥浆泵连接;所述螺旋辊筒与所述吸料斗偏心装配;所述行走装置与所述吸料斗的上部软连接,与所述吸料斗的下部铰接。通过本发明公开的地下管道清淤机器人,能够提高清理硬质淤泥的工作效率。
