Polyimide modified interface and quartz/quartz composite material preparation method
The invention belongs to the technical field of inorganic materials, and particularly relates to a method for modifying a quartz/quartz composite material interface by polyimide. Preparing a polyimide solution with the polyimide mass fraction of 5% as an interface preparation solution, using silicon dioxide precursor-polysiloxane prepared in a laboratory as an impregnation liquid, and immersing the quartz fiber reinforced quartz ceramic preform after interface preparation into the impregnation liquid; and after vacuum treatment, putting the preform and the impregnation liquid into a vacuum drying oven together for curing, and sintering after curing to obtain the composite material. The preparation method is scientific, reasonable, simple and easy to implement, convenient to implement and short in test period, and the density and bending strength of the material are remarkably improved.
本发明属于无机材料技术领域,具体涉及一种聚酰亚胺改性石英/石英复合材料界面的方法。配置聚酰亚胺质量分数为5%的聚酰亚胺溶液作为界面制备溶液,使用实验室自制的二氧化硅先驱体—聚硅氧烷作为浸渍液,把界面制备完成后的石英纤维增强石英陶瓷预制体浸入浸渍液中,真空处理后将预制体和浸渍液一同置入真空干燥箱内进行固化,固化完成后烧结即得复合材料。本发明制备方法科学合理,简单易行,便于实施,试验周期短,显著提高了材料的密度和弯曲强度。
