The invention discloses a preparation method of a quartz fiber reinforced quartz composite material containing a lanthanum phosphate interface phase, which comprises the following steps: impregnating a quartz fiber fabric without an impregnating agent in a lanthanum phosphate precursor solution in vacuum, and sintering at high temperature to obtain a quartz fiber fabric containing the lanthanum phosphate interface phase; performing vacuum impregnation on the quartz fiber fabric in the silica sol, drying, and repeating impregnation-drying until the quartz fiber fabric is compact; and carrying out high-temperature sintering on the quartz fiber reinforced quartz composite material green body, continuously repeating the dipping-drying-sintering process on the sintered green body for multiple periods, and finally obtaining the compact and uniform quartz fiber reinforced quartz composite material containing the lanthanum phosphate interface phase. Due to the existence of the lanthanum phosphate interface phase, the prepared quartz fiber reinforced quartz composite material is good in compactness, the toughness of the material is improved, and the mechanical property is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种含有磷酸镧界面相的石英纤维增强石英复合材料的制备方法,该方法包括:将去除浸润剂的石英纤维织物真空浸渍于磷酸镧前驱体溶液中,高温烧结后得到含有磷酸镧界面相的石英纤维织物;将石英纤维织物真空浸渍于硅溶胶中,烘干后重复浸渍‑烘干直至致密;将石英纤维增强石英复合材料坯体高温烧结,烧结后坯体继续重复浸渍‑烘干‑烧结工艺多周期,最后得到致密均匀的含有磷酸镧界面相的石英纤维增强石英复合材料。本发明由于有磷酸镧界面相存在,制备的石英纤维增强石英复合材料致密性好,材料韧性提高,力学性能增强。
