The invention discloses an anti-scour system of an offshore wind power pile and a mounting method thereof, the anti-scour system of the offshore wind power pile comprises a plurality of anti-scour devices, the plurality of anti-scour devices are used for being wound on the outer surface of the wind power pile, and the anti-scour devices are characterized in that the top of a horizontal speed reduction structure is provided with an inclined plane and a first mounting part; a first water flow energy dissipation device is mounted on the first mounting part; one side of a first energy dissipation part of the turbulent flow energy dissipation structure abuts against the side, away from the inclined face, of the horizontal speed reduction structure, and a second energy dissipation part is located on the side, away from the horizontal speed reduction structure, of the first energy dissipation part. The first energy dissipation part and the second energy dissipation part each comprise a plurality of woven meshes which are arranged in a stacked mode, and the woven meshes of the first energy dissipation part and the woven meshes of the second energy dissipation part are perpendicular to each other. The vertical speed reduction structure comprises a supporting frame and a second water flow energy dissipation device. The supporting frame is arranged at the top of the turbulent flow energy dissipation structure; the second water flow energy dissipation device is fixed to the second supporting frame. According to the technical scheme, the effect of repairing existing scour pits is achieved.
