The invention discloses a high-altitude cold region batch ice and snow melting water supply method which comprises an ice and snow melting machine, a row water purifier and a capacitive deionization water purifier which are sequentially communicated in the water flow direction, and the ice and snow melting machine is connected with a hot water boiler used for providing spraying ice and snow melting hot water. The ice and snow melting machine is connected with a melt water direct discharge pipe, the row water purifier is connected with a purified water direct discharge pipe, and the melt water direct discharge pipe and the purified water direct discharge pipe can supply standard water to the outside; the method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding crushed ice blocks and snow blocks into an ice and snow melting machine for spraying and melting, and then feeding melt water into a row water purifier and a capacitive deionization water purifier with corresponding stages to purify water; when the temperature of the environment where the water purifying device is located is too low, residual accumulated water or water vapor can be drained through the vacuum drainage assembly to prevent frost cracking. The method solves the problem of scarcity of domestic water in the high-altitude cold region, and is good in environmental adaptability and relatively good in practicability.
