The invention discloses a high-strength secondary distribution ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing polished tile powder; s2, green brick forming; s3, drying and dewatering; s4, firing and shaping; and S5, subsequent steps. According to the present invention, the ratio of SiO2 is controlled to be 71-73%, the ratio of Al2O3 is 18.25-18.31%, and the final mullite skeleton structure formed by combining the SiO2 and the Al2O3 according to the ratio is stable, such that the strength of the secondary material distribution ceramic is high, the secondary material distribution ceramic can be used in the occasion with the high strength requirement, and the cracking or crushing of the secondary material distribution ceramic tile cannot be caused; and moreover, the volume weight of the polished tile powder is set to be greater than or equal to 0.92, so that the press can uniformly distribute materials twice, and the production quality of the ceramic tiles distributed twice is stably improved.
